It's weekend! (YAY!) Me and my friends decided to visit a place not far and doesn't require much driving.
It's really not far from Seremban, took around 30 minutes of driving and the weather is perfect as well (it might be crazy hot if not for the tree shades and the cold water).
Ulu Bendul Recreational Park located around Kuala Pilah area, about 16 km away from Seremban. This park is actually a protected forest area for recreational use.

After that, we go to Seri Menanti Palace, a unique culture to explore in Malaysia.
The most unique part of the Palace is that it was built without using a single nail or a screw.
The roof work also one of the most fascinating features of the palace, built entirely out of the Minangkabau architecture style.

Location:
You can drive or take a bus from Seremban to Kuala Pilah (a journey that takes approximately 20 minutes now with the new highway). Once you are in Kuala Pilah, you could continue to Seri Menanti by taking a cab or driving, and you would find the Istana Lama not too far away from the Istana Besar (the current residence of the ruler of Negeri Sembilan).
